First Choice Physical Therapy of Lynn Haven, FL, serving residents of the Greater Panama City area and Panama City Beach, is proud of its culture of caring and compassionate environment where patients always come first.
What to Expect on your First Visit
When you visit First Choice Physical Therapy for the first time we will go over your medical history and examine your injury or area of pain. We listen to each client’s unique problem and recovery goals as we do our customized evaluation.
We know that by being specific and methodical about gathering information and making our assessments, the more precise and effective our treatment will be.
We strive to find the root cause of each patient’s pain so we can not only solve the problem but keep it from recurring.
You can normally expect to receive your first treatment at that time as well, so please wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing. Bring a list of prescribed medications with you and any over-the-counter medications you normally take.
In the State of Florida, you are welcome to visit our clinics with or without a referral from your physician.
Patient registration at First Choice Physical Therapy is done online.
Whether this is your first time to our clinics or you have had previous visits, we do need your Patient Registration Form filled out.
By doing this in advance you will be able to see the therapist on time without having to come in 30 minutes early just to do paperwork.

If you aren’t sure if you need to fill this form out, call our office for confirmation.

Thank y’all SO much! Each and every one of y’all are wonderful! Y’all always get me back in tip top shape and I truly appreciate all of you. – Sarah Kirkland
Even though this thank you card is long overdue, I wanted to let you know how grateful I am for the services I received at First Choice Physical Therapy.
I came in because of chronic low back pain attributed to osteoarthritis. Your treatment included several strengthening exercises which at first, I was skeptical would improve my condition.
Fortunately I listened to your advice and performed the exercises daily. After four months of performing the exercises, my back has improved significantly. All this would not have been possible without your sage physical therapy counsel.
Thank you for giving me my life back. – Mary L.
I really enjoyed going to physical therapy. Not only did it help me, but it was such a blessing to be around such nice and compassionate people. I always left feeling better physically and spiritually.
You are a blessing and God uses you. Thank you for the time and effort you shared with me. Love in Jesus. – Pat Rowell

Thank you for giving and working so hard to help me get well. I have really come a long way all because of your patience and hard work. Thanks to the staff. They have been so friendly and concerned about me. With my love. – Ernestine Floyd
You are all so precious. I have never met such caring people. God uses you to bless others. I am praying it is helping me. God can use you to help people and I know he does. Love and prayers. – Pat
